How long does a build or a redesign take?
Two to six weeks depending on scope, scoping included. The schedule is set out in writing in the quote, milestone by milestone.
Do we own the site?
Yes, entirely: domain, content, access. You can leave at any time; reversibility is part of the contract.
Where is the site hosted?
On European infrastructure, with daily backups and uptime monitoring.
Does maintenance tie us in over time?
No. Both plans are monthly, billed in advance, and can be cancelled at any time.
Do you take over maintenance of a site you did not build?
Yes, after an onboarding audit: status review, backup, updates, then the chosen plan applies.
What happens beyond the included hour?
Additional work is quoted, with written approval before any action. On the Watch plan, work is scheduled on the basis of a quote.
